Arabica specialises in distributing premium British syrups and flavours for coffee, juices and ice cream, as the official agent for Zoma and Sweetbird in Iraq. It serves cafés, restaurants, hotels and ice-cream shops, and has recently started growing its digital presence.
Spiral supported that growth from the ground up: creating the official social accounts, preparing market and project studies, writing ad plans, developing content and managing the platforms end to end — helping Arabica reach its target audiences and strengthen its brand in the local market.
